Ryoko Sekiguchi graduated from M.A. course of the University of Tokyo and PhD course at the University of Paris I. She is a poet and has published seven literary works in Japanese and seven in French. She has translated contemporary literature including works of Yoko Tawada and Gozo Yoshimasu.
