Noboru Tsuhihara
 
Noboru Tsujihara (1945-) was born in Wakayama. He won several literary prizes, including the Akutagawa Prize for Mura no Namae (The Name of the Village, 1990) and the Yomiuri Literary Prize for Tobe Kirin (Fly, Kylin, 1999). He serves as the director at the Kanagawa Museum of Modern Literature, as well as a professor at Tokai University.
