Ekaterina Riabova
 
Ekaterina Riabova was born in 1976. She studied modern Japanese literature at the Oriental Institute in St. Petersburg. From 1998 to 2000 she worked as a lecturer at the Oriental Institute and then became an interpreter/translator. She translated Ryu Murakami's Coin Locker Babies, Yukio Mishima's Spring Snow and so on. Her translations for JLPP are Motojiro Kajii's Short Stories and Kenji Miyazawa's Short Stories.
